Sunshower, Inc. (“Sunshower,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FileWisely mobile application and related services (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FileWisely. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FileWisely.
1. Purpose of FileWisely
FileWisely is an AI-powered insurance policy management and claims assistance tool designed for policyholders. We provide secure storage, plain-English policy summaries, pre-disaster preparation tools, and claim/appeal guidance. FileWisely does
not replace professional legal or insurance advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FileWisely. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
· Provide accurate information when using the App.
· Use FileWisely only for lawful purposes.
· Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in FileWisely, including its software, content, and branding, are owned by Sunshower, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of FileWisely without our written consent.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
FileWisely provides tools and resources to help policyholders manage and understand their insurance. We make no guarantees regarding claim outcomes, payouts, or benefits obtained through use of the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunshower, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of FileWisely.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in-app notification before the changes take effect

Filewisely SMS ProgramBy opting in to receive SMS communications from Filewisely (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Program DescriptionFilewisely, located in Costa Mesa, California, may send you informational and promotional text messages related to our services, updates, account information, and customer support. Message frequency may vary.
2. Opt-In ConsentBy providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Filewisely at the number provided, including through the use of automated dialing systems.
3. Opt-Out InstructionsYou may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying
STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. If you need help, reply
HELP for assistance.
